为研究天名精(Carpesium faberi)植物的化学成分。该研究采用硅胶柱层析、Rp-C18柱层析及制备型高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)等手段对其进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果表明:从天名精全草乙酸乙酯部位浸膏中分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为4α,10α-二羟基-1β(H),5β(H)-11(13)-烯-8,12-愈创木酚(1)、吐叶醇(2)、(R)-4-((2S,4S)-2,4-二羟基-2,6,6-三甲基环己基)丁基-3-烯-2-酮(3)、carpespene F(4)、4-((1R,2S)-3,3-二甲基-2-(3-氧代丁基)环丁基)正戊基-4-烯-1-乙酸叶醇酯(5)、carpespene I(6)、4β,10β-二羟基-5α(H)-1,11(13)-二烯-8α,12-愈创木酚(7)、木犀草素(8)、(+)-丁香脂素-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、2-甲氧基-4-(2-丙烯基)苯基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、山奈酚3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。其中,化合物5为新化合物,化合物1、4、6、7为愈创木型倍半萜,化合物9、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。该研究成果为天名精的化学成分研究提供理论依据。 |

To study the chemical constituents of Carpesium faberi. The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Rp-C18 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The results were as follows:Eleven monomer compounds were isolated from the extract of C. faberi whole grass ethyl acetate and identified as 4α,10α-dihydroxy-1β(H),5β(H)-guai-11-(13)-en-8,12-olide (1), vomifoliol (2), (R)-4-((2S,4S)-2,4-dihydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohexylidene)but-3-en-2-one (3), carpespene F(4), 4-((1R,2S)-3,3-dimethyl-2-(3-oxobutyl)cyclobutyl)pent-4-en-1-yl acetate (5), carpespene I (6), 4β,
10α-Dihydroxy-5α(H)-1,11(13)-guaidien-8α,12-olide (7), luteolin (8), (+)-syringaresinol-O-β-D-g
lucopyranoside (9), 2-Methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11). Compound 5 was a new compound, compounds 1, 4, 6 and 7 were guaiane-type sesquiterpenoids, and compounds 9 and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the chemical composition of C. faberi. |
