                 摘  要: 为明确鹧鸪花枝叶的化学物质基础ꎬ该研究采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI、C 、Sephadex LH ̄20 及制备

                 HPLC 等色谱技术对其进行分离和纯化ꎬ并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构ꎮ 结果表明:(1)从
                 鹧鸪花枝、叶的甲醇提取物中分离得到 6 个单体化合物ꎬ分别鉴定为新化合物 8 ̄O ̄4′ ̄木脂素ꎬ即 heynealigan
                 A( 1 )、 3βꎬ 21 ̄dihydroxy ̄24 ̄methylenecycloartane ( 2 )、 3 ̄oxo ̄threo ̄23ꎬ 24ꎬ 25 ̄trihydroxytirucall ̄7 ̄ene ( 3 )、 16 ̄
                 dehydeoxy ̄23β ̄hydroxymeliasenin F(4)、ergost ̄5ꎬ 24(28) ̄diene ̄3βꎬ 23S ̄diol(5)、7α ̄羟基谷甾醇(6)ꎮ (2) 化
                 合物 1 为新的木脂素ꎬ化合物 2-4 为三萜化合物ꎬ化合物 5 和化合物 6 为甾体化合物ꎬ化合物 2-5 为首次从
                 该植物中分离得到ꎮ 该研究结果为鹧鸪花的合理开发利用提供了科学依据ꎮ

                 Abstract: In order to study the chemical constituents from the branches and leaves of Heynea trijugaꎬ silica gelꎬ MCIꎬ
                 C ꎬ Sephadex LH ̄20 and preparative HPLC were applied for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The

                 structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum data. The results were as follows: ( 1) Six
                 compounds were obtained from methanol extracts of H. trijugaꎬ their structures were identified as heynealigan A (1)ꎬ
                 3βꎬ21 ̄dihydroxy ̄24 ̄methylenecycloartane (2)ꎬ 3 ̄oxo ̄threo ̄23ꎬ24ꎬ25 ̄trihydroxytirucall ̄7 ̄ene (3)ꎬ 16 ̄dehydeoxy ̄23β ̄
                 hydroxyliasenin F (4)ꎬ ergost ̄5ꎬ 24(28) ̄diene ̄3βꎬ 23S ̄diol (5)ꎬ 7α ̄hydrositosteol (6). (2) Compound 1 was a new
                 lignanꎬ compounds 2-4 were triterpenoidsꎬ compounds 5 and 6 were steroidsꎬ and compounds 2-5 were isolated from
                 this plant for the first time. This study provides scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of T.
                 connaroides.
